“Outer Sapce Backward & Forward” Space Cadet #5

These are part of the "Outer Space Backward & Forward" series. The antique photographs I found in some old stuff of mine I was digging through. They are Citadel class photographs from 1909 that belonged to my long deceased stepfather. They have been recreated as a modern army with women, trasn, LGBTQ cadets. My 1st venture into assemblage art and it was fun! As I worked on these I realized that I was carrying over some themes from my painting. And subtle wit!
